This form is for Spruce Power to prepare the documents necessary to accommodate your home sale transfer transaction when using an escrow company. Before submitting your request, please note the following:

This form is only to begin the process of making changes to your current agreement with Spruce Power; this form does not constitute an update to your account or completion of the refinancing of your mortgage.
To be completed by Seller or Seller’s agent when facilitated by an Escrow Company. Please fill out completely and attach a copy of the Preliminary Title Report .
By completing this form you confirmed that you have received permission from all relevant parties to provide their personal information to Spruce Power and to initiate the home sale transfer process with Spruce Power.
There is a fee of $150 for Spruce to prepare the documents to accommodate your refinancing transaction.
