Home Sale Information Request

(for Non-Escrow-Facilitated Transactions)

This form is for the transfer of a solar agreement and/or solar system owned by Spruce Power to a new homeowner when the home sale is facilitated by Attorneys for the Buyer and Seller (if you are using an escrow or title company, please use the “Home Sale Request Form (for Escrow-Facilitated Transactions)” form). Before submitting your request, please note the following:

This form is only to begin the process of making changes to your current agreement with Spruce Power; this form does not constitute an update to your account or completion of the home sale transaction.
To be completed by Seller or Seller’s agent when you are selling your home and using an attorney to facilitate the transaction. Please fill out completely and attach a copy of the Preliminary Title Report .
By completing this form you confirm that you have received permission from all relevant parties to provide their personal information to Spruce Power and to initiate the home sale process with Spruce Power.
There is a fee of $350 (which includes recording fees) for Spruce to prepare the documents to accommodate the sale of your home through escrow. This fee will be added to your Spruce Power Account.
The Buyer of your home will need to authorize Spruce to run a credit report on the buyer. Please have them contact the Asset Disposition Team Spruce Power at (844) 319-8737 .
