This form is only to begin the process of refinance with Spruce Power; this form does not constitute an update to your account or completion of the refinancing of your mortgage or HELOC.
By completing this form, you confirm that you have received permission from all relevant parties to provide their personal information to Spruce Power and to initiate the refinancing process with Spruce Power.
There is a fee of $350 for Spruce to prepare the documents to accommodate your refinancing transaction, plus an additional charge of $75 if a FNMA addendum is requested. Charges will be added to the applicable Spruce Power Account.
