The extended service agreement can offer a degree of additional protection to residential solar system owners for a two year duration. Choose from the three options below.

Perks White additional terms

• 24 month minimum commitment.
• Automatic monthly payment required.
• Includes up to 3 service visits per calendar year
with no additional arrangement call fee. Additional
visits will include an arrangement call fee.
• Account must be current and in good standing
prior to service call coordination.
• Additional terms and conditions apply.

$25/mo 2yr term

Green additional terms

• 24 month minimum commitment.
• Automatic monthly payment required.
• Includes up to 3 service visits per calendar year with no additional arrangement call fee. Additional visits will include an arrangement call fee.
• Monitoring requires homeowner-provided cellular solar meter from an approved meter platform.
• Account must be current and in good standing prior to service call coordination.
• Additional terms and conditions apply.

$35/mo 2yr term

Blue additional terms

• 24 month minimum commitment.

• Automatic monthly payment required.

• Includes up to 3 service visits per calendar year with no additional arrangement call fee (cleaning not included as a visit). Additional visits will include an arrangement call fee.

• Monitoring requires homeowner-provided cellular solar meter from an approved meter platform.

• Includes 1 solar panel cleaning during the 24 month term at no additional cost.

• Account must be current and in good standing prior to service call coordination.

• Additional terms and conditions apply.

$45/mo 2yr term

Minor Repairs
Remote and onsite troubleshooting, testing and diagnoses, manufacturer warranty coordination, circuit breaker errors, electrical fuse failures, and minor component repairs of your solar system.
Arranging for Major Repairs
Arranging for replacements, alterations, modifications, additions, cleanings and any work that requires permitting of Covered Systems and Equipment.
Covered Equipment and Systems
Arranging for repairs associated with modules, inverters, meters, and remote monitoring systems.
Remote System Monitoring
Monitoring solar system performance on your behalf to proactively notify you of performance issues and initiate remote and/or on site support.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Utilizing qualified teams to safely remove dirt and other particulate from your panels which negatively impact solar performance.
